Get into the spirit of kiting and participate in all of the kite programs available at the Discovery Museum.

Family Kite Festival

April 18th, 2010

11am to 4pm

Rotary Centennial Park

The Discovery Museum proudly announces the Family Kite Festival - an exciting community event that will celebrate everything the Santa Maria Valley has to offer! Come and get a taste of our local foods, view expert kite flying, and of course, fly a kite yourself!

Kites - and kits to make them - will be for sale at the event. You are also welcome to bring your own kite!

More details will soon be posted regarding all the fun that will be available at the Discovery Museum's first Family Kite Festival!

Admission to the Festival is free!
